Hello everyone
Hello,
I am somewhat new to BP. I've been listening to podcasts for a month or two now, but this is my first post on the forums. After learning from reading and listening I am taking the next step to network and start to talk with people like you reading this.
I live in Northern California, I am currently self employed and hope to start investing in real estate in 2017. I am interested in local markets such as Vacaville, Sacramento and Redding as well as states like Florida and South Carolina.
I have yet to decide my niche, but am considering flips, multi families or single family homes with the added possibility of house hacking. I have a decent network of people in Florida that are capable of managing properties in the Pinellas/Hillsborough area. If you have any advice for the areas of Northern California or Florida that I have mentioned it is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Jason
