It was probably better maintained than most in the area because it was owned by the same family for 60 years but still is a 100 year old property and has all the problems those normally have.

I figured a shower cubicle is probably easier to maintain than a bath tub.

I maintain anywhere between a 750-790, my wife commands a 800+ and between the both of us we make just under 200k a year at our normal jobs. 

She doesn't care about the property nor does she care about maintaining it.

Keep in mind that there are reporting requirements and fees with maintaining an LLC.
