The interest was nonstop, but mainly tire kickers and I was getting a bit frustrated and stressed as we got closer to the leases expiring.

Occasionally for kicks and to push my button he would let someone in, then he would be floating on a raft in the backyard pool totally naked and the house would be full of fast food left to rot on the counters, dirty laundry all over the floors, etc.The few people who did get to see it assumed that there was a major problem with the master bath. 

I think professional sales executives are excellent at time management, stress management, and many other "soft" skills. 

I have a new property manager that I know who is amazing and is willing to work for me if the deal closes, decreasing my stress and costs for management.

Selling their house will help solve this problem but they generally don’t have a place lined up to move to, and therefore the stress of an immediate move out is enough to inhibit the sale.How does Escrow holdback provide solutions?
