Other than hiring a lawyer, is there a service one can hire to simply post notice on a door for intent to not renew a lease?  

I am obviously heavily tatted and own my tattoo studio, along with a few other businesses and I would hate to be targeted, stereotyped or red flagged by someone simply because of how I look.

I think the assessed tax value never took into account that the property had a large lot and was simply valued like other homes with standard .2 acre lots.

Basically it is a supply and demand economy and there is simply not enough supply both in terms of rentals and homes.

I can't tell you how many service men and women have created lasting wealth for themselves simply by buying a house or two at each posting. 

However, don't buy a condo simply because it's the only thing you can afford at this present moment in time.  

Ask your realtor and they can assist in getting the documentation.In addition, if you wanted to know a more precise number for simply running numbers, you can reach out to the utility company and they can give an average per zip code or even sometimes provide average utility costs for a specific property.
