Trade business cards or whatever but leave your wallet at home.Join up with some local investor meetups.

Just have one more question, what do you suggest to be done with the material around the front door and windows..just paint over or peel/scrape off?

Consider this-- if credit card balance transfers really worked to eliminate debt, would credit card companies offer them? 

I acquired some business credit cards but have been denied left and right for home renovation and personal loans.Unit is old (think pink & blue bathroom and 8x7 kitchen with floral countertops).

@Zoe Lee if my potential tenant had 100k of student loans I’d take that any day over 100k worth of credit card, auto or some frivolous debt.

Or a 0% credit card as long as you don't run the balances too high which impacts your credit score. 

Well I can appreciate the posts here and also the WARNING I got from my card or the site not accepting through cookies or etc.

The millions in LLC debt did not matter at all, but a $15 personal credit card payment almost killed the deal…Buy the 10 units under the LLC so it will not count towards your DTI when you apply for a conventional personal mortgage down the road.
