I get a hold of the tenant, she claims she got hacked and there is fraud involved, and that she is working with the fraud team to get this resolved. 

RE: invest 1million.  100k rainy day fund in interest bearing account 150k small town rural acreage compatible to lease out to solar panel companies (may cost a little extra to pay off politicians to cut the red tape-energy monopoly:)250k in oppty zone developments in small towns focused on healthcare clinics in urban/rural areas where hospitals have consolidated. 400k to buy about 5-8 low cost cash flow properties with tenants in small cities near larger metropolitan areas where large employers have operations/facilities in areas like Birmingham, AL or  just north of Richmond,VA.  100k rainy day interest bearing account for when the financial markets tumble and/or the Federal infrastructure dollars start rolling, then seed monies for subcontractors making bids. 

We look forward to this matter being resolved in a court of law in accordance with the facts and the provisions of the coverages that are administered by AGM for the Program participants.

Once it is resolved, the USD will most likely fall against most other currencies, especially given the trillions of USD that are being printed.

Those outside circumstances have for the most part been resolved, and I am now wanting to live by myself.

You may end up fixing things so you can NEVER resolve your credit issue(s).

I believe the best CRM's/autoresponders considering ease of use, price, offers and performance are MailChimp (free version), GetResponse (more advanced, but easy to use) and AWeber.They're the most popular ones, so every extra software you need it will probably compatible with these autoresponders.I believe their features are more than what you need.
