I get a hold of the tenant, she claims she got hacked and there is fraud involved, and that she is working with the fraud team to get this resolved.

I believe the best CRM's/autoresponders considering ease of use, price, offers and performance are MailChimp (free version), GetResponse (more advanced, but easy to use) and AWeber.They're the most popular ones, so every extra software you need it will probably compatible with these autoresponders.I believe their features are more than what you need.
