I reached out to the selling agent to request that recent financial statements and meeting minutes be added to the list of condo documents for me to recieve and review, but the agent keeps claiming that it is "self run" (there are only 8 units) and that there are no financial statements for them to give out.

Lastly, when you have good tenants, do everything in your power to keep them, be the best landlord you can be, and be fast and professional with any requests!  

However, it is likely that you can find an agent of your own that is responsive and can handle your MLS requests (and set you up with limited MLS access). 

It is a highly requested area for rentals but you can do some flips if at a good price.
