The market is very competitive and it definitely helps to have an experienced agent assisting you.

I use offshore assistants to manage everything, for pennies on the dollar.

To begin with, being a buyer's agent on a team that already generates leads will allow you to get comfortable showing property and looking for the ins and outs of buying RE. but when you bring buyers "to" the team and then need to go off on shift, your other team members can assist you with your clients.

Either you can pay a non refundable retainer to a realtor, or most realtors are happy to provide info and assistance, as long as they will be your local go-to agent to purchase/sell moving forward.

It will be your foundation for success.If it’s a seller offer them the auction scenario of marketing and promoting for the highest dollar or a quick turn with an off market turn with the group of solid investors that rely on you.I’d recommend you hunt your own deals specifically  or , partner with one of your investors to continue to reflect your  commitment  to grow together .

And a little assisting in my real estate investing journey wouldn’t hurt.
