I found a GC contractor reference for a flip I have in works who is reasonably priced.

They’ll come up with all sort of excuses and reasons.

There are reasonable priced homes in the area.

We are going to sit down and discuss it this weekend, but I would like to go into that conversation having an idea of what I am really going to need from them and what would be a reasonable price for it.  

There is no good reason for a seller not to be out at closing.

As I write this, I am having a radiant gas-powered 150ft heated driveway installed (it's a steep driveway that faces north) and I will be relisting this property in a week as soon as the new concrete is poured.I'm wondering if I have it listed way too low, and if this could be a reason it hasn't sold yet. 

They have very good reasons for not allowing renters in their communities.

I live relatively close to Vistancia and bought a new build up here myself not too long ago, but I like the isolation from the city this area provides so your reasoning may be different than mine for moving out to these parts. 

I'm here for two reasons.

@Joel Fine this is one of the main reasons that I am more inclined to invest in apartment buildings instead of single family homes, town homes, condos or small multi.
