It's not a 'set it and forget it' system, though.

Also thinking if there’s a way to send out postcards automatically to them or through someone else’s systeM so I’m not sitting there doing this manual work.

It's probably time to build a system or spreadsheet to prioritize what projects need completed.

I had a similar situation with property damage, one of my tenants flushed a medicine bottle down one of their toilets and backed up the whole plumbing system.

Can anyone recommend a book or other resources that I can use to educate myself on systems and processes to improve the rehab process, specifically related to budget?

I'm doing some initial analysis and have spoken to Engineers/Architects/System Suppliers, which has been useful in building a framework.I would really appreciate connecting/speaking to developers that have hands on experience with historic adaptive reuse conversions, to get advice on the good, the bad and the ugly, and find out what to focus on and what they wish they knew earlier.Thanks in advance.
