I'm located in Long Neck Delaware right near Baywood and all the pot nets if any are fimiliar, Most of the land here is owned by someone and they have pretty much divided it up and charge lot rent on every property ( mobile singlewides + doublewides are real popular ) SO much land owned by this man you would be impressed.

I tried that once before and the house was slow to sell and it was a bit of a work to work with the buyer to get exactly what they wanted.Just wondering what others are doing as far as kitchen appliances go-should I stick with picking them out and having them installed when it goes on the market, which I've been doing, or maybe offering a credit towards the appliances of the buyer's choice?

Be aware that once remediated of the UST issues you will need to wait for an NFA (No Further Action) letter from the EPA in order to close or assume responsibility of receipt of the NFA to close without the letter (your choice with negotiating that) and it comes to you months later .
