Before relocating here to Missouri, I worked for 7 years in property management on the maintenance side, working my way up to Director of Maintenance for 600+ units in 8 different complexes.My wife and I are currently working with a couple partners who are located in California, and together we are searching for our first buy and hold investment property in the KC area.

A lot of DIY tax software is good, but it does require a decent understanding of the tax law to ensure that you are not missing big tax deductions.I would consider reading information that CPAs put out for free on their blogs (you will find a number of good articles through a simple google search). 

Though it may seem i am trying to validate my time I am really searching for a standard that may not exist.

A simple Google search provided me with a few recommendations, zoho and insightly being a few but I would love to hear from you.Thanks in advance!

Go to the FEMA website and do some searching. 

Been searching the internet/loopnet/zillow etc,. and I don't think I'm ready to take on multi-million $$ properties yet because this involves partnerships high investments.

Title search/insurance, survey.

I looked around the tristate area and I’m currently searching for properties in PA.

Do some searches on both 401K loans and delayed financing here on BP and it will give you more information.
