Using that, I can quickly record an expense, assign classes, amounts, expense type and even snap a picture of the receipt.  

@Nicholas Borda A good tip I was reminded of recently was to look up the other owners on the street or in the general area on the local property records website. 

Surely, an organization the size of Bigger Pockets can do better than this.

I just got an income report from an owner who lives in his multifamily property and he recorded $9000 in rent from his own apartment that he lives in!

Initially our landlord (or representative from the real estate organization our building is owned by) was responsive and told us that she would send out a maintenance repair which didn't arrive until I followed up with her a little less than a week later about an update.
