What is really making me nervous is the amount of money i need for closing and such. 

This is my first time trying to raise money to fund a deal so the process is both exciting & a bit nervous.

I am quite nervous because as someone else mentioned I may not get the financing I need to complete the project.

He def puts anybody nervous about "out of state investing" to shame 🤣...

My nervousness was that I was highly leveraged using a HELOC for a down payment partially.

Usually it isn't a problem as long as you keep paying the loan, but I would be nervous that at some point they start getting aggressive about this (say if interest rates went to 7% and they see it as a way to force you to refi).

I cant wait to get going on a deal im just a little nervous.

A little nervous hoping I estimated all my numbers right.

I've made many offers and i even had an accepted offer but was nervous about whether or not i was making the right move.
