Hello All,I am looking into buy and hold investing single and multi family in Michigan cities.

We will move on and continue the search for small multi family in San Bernardino country.

So, for example, I've found two multi-unit buildings in my City, a 3 and a 4 that should cash flow decently.

We got a nice multi family, 2 unit home.

My husband and I have no shortage of deals we have found in our market. Our problem is finding ones we are able to finance. We have become extremely creative, and have narrowed our search down to a triplex fixer upper...

I'm beginning the research to be ready for my first multi-family purchase, hopefully within the next 6 months! 

To do this, the niche that has my attention is Buy and Hold Small Multi Family units.How did I find Bigger Pockets?

I feel that not only do I need to evaluate whether or not I want to invest in a C property, but whether I should invest in multi's at all.....especially one in California that makes the eviction process very complicated and costly.
