We had a verbal 1.25 on the table but we also had two other buyers in the process of offering, so we let that one go.

I am having a lawyer draft the letter of non-renewal as she has vowed she is never moving the 4 times I have suggested she would be happier elsewhere because it is clear my management style is not to her liking.

(plan on staying here for a couple years and then moving into my own home).
