This plan was going to allow me to cash flow but was going to take more capital to complete.

I’m new to working on the investor side of real estate, but I’m ready to build strong relationships and dive into this side of the business.

I’ll try to keep this as short as possible I have a pretty good tenant staying at my guest house month to month.  

I am 20 years old looking to grow and learn the real estate investing space with a goal set to make my first deal.

The only reason I've heard of Morris Illinois, is beacuse our family used to drive to central Illinois to camp and boat, and Morris is directly on Route 47.Are you currently investing in Chicago or near you in Joilet @Scott Meech?

At the time my only issue was their loans appear to be backed by wall st.. so the closing docs were enough to kill not one but two trees and took way more time to sign the  whole package then I like to spend signing closing docs :)  But thier fee's and rates are hard to beat. 

Looking to buy a house upstate NY with a FHA loan and live there.

@Heath Shepard I'm not familiar with the builder, however, with this being a new construction CBS build, there's little to worry about regarding hurricanes and additional protection.

@Elizabeth Lark I use my SD IRA and my QRP to lend money to real estate investors.

Looking for some opinions please..I am on track to close on my second investment property (3/2)  in a few weeks or so with flexible plans for the Seller to rent it back at a discount for a couple months.
