My partner and I are looking to purchase a small Mobile Home Park in the Little Rock area.

I found that lease options are still profitable as well as Apartments, Storages and Mobile Home Parks.

I am curious, what are your thoughts on mobile home/park investing? 

This sounds more like a land deal rather than a mobile home deal (at last from the seller's perspective). 

I’m considering purchasing a mobile home as a rental.

Somewhere I heard more than once that Mobile homes are not allowed ever again.

In my area, people do appreciate seeing a "modern" refrigerator. 

Hello everyone, I have been very interested in buying a MHP (mobile home park) for years now, and I hope to have my first this year!

I think flooring and paint get the most bang for your buck and could help get you more modern.  

I am seeing anecdotal evidence (needs more research) that Marina's are in the same place as mobile home parks with a lot of mom & pop operators, deferred maintenance, and potential too be more of an infrastructure provider than a home provider.There certainly seems to be various classes of maria's as well and location matters as areas closer to big cities can charge higher dock rents while still being cheaper than a home or rent.I'd love any thoughts here.
