You typically want a nice match, I would look into a credit union (in the area) or something along those lines.

On the tax page for every property you'll see the property address and the tax mailing address if they don't match you can bet that that is an investment property and you'll record the tax mailing address and any other relevant info.

I match my refi to what I believe I can rent, so I always stay technically cash flow positive.

The resorts just have such a stranglehold on the tourists, and they are incredibly responsive to matching pricing to demand, so I think it would be a fairly difficult play, but could work out very well if you can drive enough business to it. 

One of the contractors set up a little shrine around the radio:I bought new light fixtures for the lower bathroom to match the ones in the upper bathroom.The contractor is going to be picking up the bedroom floor possibly tomorrow and that will be one of the next items.
