But also advertise online in places like Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc...

Try something else aside CL, you can build lists in zillow, facebook marketplace or virtual drive for dollar. 

I could add 50 more points, I am sure I will get removed either way since it will be seen as advertising vs advise - my opinion is it is not helpful to subscribers since this is stuff owners need to know...not just buying techniques with zero planning/recourse on fee management side as self managers.If I get bumped I will contact the owners of BP directly and ask for a new forum option that allows these discussions outside of marketplace since all members need to learn about this area as well.  

You can upload pics and provides a link to application that I copy and paste into Facebook marketplace when advertising vacancies.

I highly recommend looking on Craigslist, OfferUP and FB marketplace for nice used stuff.

A lot of detective work in this stuff.  

Since you only get a week or so usually with a timeshare I don't see this as worthwhile just to rent that little bit of time.I'd see if there is an onsite PM service that could rent it for you or try to rent it with Craigslist or FB marketplace.
