Your husband is on a valid course, the questions should be what properties, located where, what kind of properties and how to leverage the acquisition and how to maintain the portfolio as an earning asset.We just can't get specific unless we have alot of information, but I doubt, for your purpose, you really need to go much further.

Hell, there is this burgeoning website, census.gov, which provides essentially any element of demographic data one could ever imagine down to census tract block groups (which, in cities, is a very small, concentrated area).

We have found that there are better uses of our time than maintaining a laundry room.Once you get to where you have enough units in a property, it's best to use a service that owns and maintains the machines and you provide the room and utilities.
