If you put together a wholesale deal that you can't close - who loses?

I am not sure what you have to lose by giving it a try.  

(sight unseen from Thailand)  Nerve wracking and a bit more risky, but you reduce risk with a good realtor, property manager etc.

Any one not paid loses all rights (providing the foreclosure was done correctly).

(btw don't purchases their classes, all the info i've ever needed I've found on BP), where as if you don't lose focus, keep being social and network, show yourself to be of value to them.  

Then who loses?

In the meantime, my currency took a nose dive losing 5% to the USD in that space of time. 

If it's the same strategy you'd lose out, but at least you would have free marketing if their prices are too high for them, you can catch those looking for something less pricey but same area. 

It's in the same complex where we have two other units - offering on this one was a no brainer for us and we called our agent and had him put an offer in, sight unseen.  

The move was due to my husband losing his job we moved closer to his new job and to be closer to an ill parent.
