@Chris Emmanuel on being a Pro member: The advantages are indirect for me - I use the site, I meet people (including some of my clients) on the site, I learn from the site and enjoy it - therefore I want to support it just as I do my Public Radio and Public TV.

The lender bakes in the risk of so many loans defaulting and they lose all money lent or partial of it.If buyer is looking for slightly higher interest than first position then they do not know the debt markets and that is dreaming.

To say to a good tenant that due to weekend sleepovers and your new bf’s sub par credit score (even though he isn’t paying the rent), she’s getting the boot end of the lease seems like a good way to lose a tenant and piss people off.

Based on my calculations, I would lose around $2172 the first year because of the time needed to build up the money for repairs and then make those fixes.

FYI if you plan use a site like Home Advisor, they charge each contractor a sizable fee (usually 4 companies) to get your info.
