I actually have 3 legitimate corporations, formed in 2006, 2009, and 2012.Here's my question-DnB charges a $985 fee (per year) to put together the report for your company and that report is needed to get you the PAYDEX score.

Derek,I can't comment on your particular state (GA) but if you haven't even signed a brokerage/representation agreement then you SHOULD be free to just walk away and find someone else.You should interview your Realtor, ask questions, ask follow-up questions, and get to where you're comfortable with them.That being said, your Realtor's email seems to indicate that there will be a good amount of work needed for the particular property you picked out which may legitimize some, but not all, of their request.
