This isn't 2012, there isn't a sample of good deals laying themselves out for a person to choose from with little to no work.

For Washington state it specifically calls out its only relevant to people "impacted by lay offs and reduced work".

We repainted, accomplished trim work, and laid roughly 1k sq ft of wood look tile throughout the house.

I recommend first laying out your goals and finding your why?

As far as coaching I'd be wary of spending tons of money on a guru, mastermind, or service unless you just have tons of money laying around and will have plenty left over to invest in your business.
