kwikset is higher but if you ever have to do a quick switch out (as in, you just did cash for keys & stiffed them on the check), you'll be thankful you spent the extra $.And if you're not handy, the kwikset is a total godsend.We have them even in our house...there's probably a good reason the largest SFH rental company in America uses them.
