Mine can set door codes, message (or call) guests, schedule cleaners, adjust the thermostat, monitor my cameras, & call a plumber just as easily as a local PM can, for 1% of the costHire good cleaners, a solid handyman & befriend some helpful neighbors.

I recently purchased a home that I am converting the basement into an AirBnB apartment and would like to utilize a keypad lock system with changeable codes.

Im sure you have heard this before but please pay attention to the street and not a whole neighborhood or zip code.

I also copied down the criteria they were looking for like certain cities, zip codes, brick sfh, no gut jobs etc.

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

I could change the codes for the locks and shut off the A/C after the guests leave.

I am thinking to install a wifi smart lock on the front door, so guest can come in the front door with a digital code.

When I had my rentals there, the noxious weed board was bothering me at least twice a year, sprinkler back-flow preventers have to be tested every year (after getting a full plumbing permit to install it), code enforcement is insane.
