Customers aren't looking to agents or REIs for answers; they are looking at their friends who have gone through the process for answers.For example, one lady I chatted with last night has a countdown clock on her social media feed for her to buy a new home in a new area.

“This lady who is posting is obviously a real estate agent so by the time she gets her.... etc etc” Have some manners please sir.......My fiancé and I are Investors, developers and wholesalers.

Anyway, I'm going to spend some more time on due diligence in the meanwhile but I'm getting the feeling in my stomach and my trigger finger is itching!

If I did remain a renter yeah I'd get a better job after graduating in 2yrs **fingers crossed** most likely in another state and I'd like to live in a tri/quad-plex from that point funded from a VA loan.

5 years ago, i advertised my house for rent for $780. a lady said she has a section vouch for $760, but she can pay the difference of $20 from her pocket. so we signed the lease for $780, but she changed the amount to $760 for the copy sent to section 8. the lease between I and the tenant and section 8 was signed by my realtor for $760 because I was not in the States.

I am interested in getting vacation rentals in the finger lakes area.

My only contact for the program has been the lady in charge of placing the tenant, but she just refers me back to the finance person.

Hi everybody, I have been looking to buy a fixer-upper to remodel and flip.My realtor has a listing from a lady whose husband died in February, she wants to get rid of their 3 properties and told the firm to please handle the sales for her.They offered me a house that's not on the MLS, it has tenants and a month to month leasing agreement and the house is in excellent shape for having ben on rent for 30 years.
