The house in Idaho was a 3-bath 4 bedroom and the tenant destroyed every plumbing fixture, the kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, dryer and the $32,000 cost was with my personally doing the work with one employee.So!!!
