My wife is thinking about becoming an agent, but from what I hear banks will not take her job as an agent into account for a loan for atleast 2 years.What are my options as far as a job in the RE industry? 

Iv e had a partner since i started, my advice would be to find someone is completely 100% opposite from what your strength is. So

Investigate deeper in why the tax is so low.

This is so useful and comes into play all the time.

At the end of the day Real Estate comes down to convenience, if you make the deal make sense (as far as equity) and make it easy for the potential seller to execute... he'll turnover!!!

First off, I am not in that business, but as a builder in a coastal area where there are many Vacation Rental properties, and having properties that would work for such a use, I have given setting up a VR a lot of thought as far as what's needed, costs, etc. because I'd like to eventually be able to keep some of our properties for that use as they're in the perfect locations.

As far as him not returning calls... definitely unprofessional.

The market is so hot and on the lower priced properties, they consider its not worthy of much of their time.
