@Robert TanakaI suggest that you interview a few providers and as you do so here are some issues to consider:1.

If you have some experience i would say interview a few different GCs, and go that route.

It’s probably not worth the few bucks you save from a smaller not so recognized company.  

Is interviewing the tenants something that is recommended? 

The lack of formality is probably just a Bay Area thing, informality and inclusiveness... we don't wear suits to job interviews (I'm a finance professional and own exactly 1 suit, where else but the Bay Area would that be acceptable?)

I never realized that the broker companies "interviewed you" and try to encourage you to join their company, which is slightly relieving, but I'd like to find the best broker for me.

What are some great interview questions to use when trying to find best broker to sell your multi-family building outside the standard following:- What experience do you have in selling this type and size of property and in this area?

I cleaned the property about a week and we did the exit meeting/interview at the properties at 4/7/2019.

I generally pay 60Xmonthly rent for a rent ready property so it's a little higher than I would pay but I recognize that most areas won't support my math and your deal is not that far off so it is probably a reasonable deal.
