Is there anything I can do to ban these two individuals from my property again?

Just go for the properties individually? 

Does this mean that they actually own each of these 1100 units themselves, or does this mean that they are involved in multiple deals, where the total 1100 units are actually owned across *all partners* within these deals(thus exaggerating the true ownership of the individual)?

I am a broker local to Indianapolis and own my own buy + holds and looking more into BRRRR as well as working as an agent for individuals trying to BRRRR. 

I score each individual in a variety of areas (length of employment, rent:income ratio, credit score, etc) and then I combine the scores of the individuals to get a group score. 

Looking for input on a couple of topics -Do we evaluate the deal as three individual duplexes or as a six unit property?

Is it that one raises a fund that investors in many properties and one raises money for individual projects and properties?

I just created my account here on BP and I am looking to build some solid and long lasting relationships with individuals who love what I love.
