Apologies for hijacking the thread but I feel my question is fairly similar.

Bravo and my apologies for telling you something you clearly already know.

I apologized to the tenants and said let's start over as of 9/1. 

I’ve spent about three hours sitting in front of my computer trying to think of things  to write about how I had the realization that I was already halfway done through high school and other things such as that, so I apologize if my message is straight forward.
