you need to find a subject that you can really value add to it I'm a stable hold area for first time home buyers or to sell for investors for a rental.

Long term I want to buy and hold property in various locations.I learned about BiggerPockets from a trainer at a real estate class.  

So i ran into a question nobody has be able to answer for me and that's how do i find the holding fees for some properties ?
