Welcome to BP.I know this doesn't answer your question, but for anyone reading along this is one of the hidden costs you need to figure into total acquisition price of the property- before you buy. 

Anybody will be ok with that because they don’t pay to have you around.If you’re just doing it for yourself I’d go find a small fee based brokerage.

Technically, if you are willing to fight it you can move the home if you have the title to it and all lot fees are current.

You can deduct legal fees and repairs, but not lost rent.

Even if you pay the typical 10% prop management fee you are doing above average.
