Many people do not have enough reserves--both for their rental property business or even for their own personal financial health--and it would be fantastic to see us as a population be better with our money.For personal expenses, I ideally like to have 6 months of all my expenses (mortgage, utilities, food, misc, every single monthly bill, even the ones I don't *need* to be conservative).

I think Account Closed can provide a better answer because he's helped lots of homeowners in pre-foreclosure and offers them at least 7 different solutions to their dilemma so he's dealt with this situation many times in the past.

Here's my dilemma now. looking at most of the properties offered and doing a little check using Zillow or redfin, values of the homes seems to be way higher from what it was originally bought for.
