you avoid all that with the coin op approach.I dont know how many units you would need to get the appropriate payback period for the quarter exchanger, that would take some guess work.

I have been looking to purchase a second property as an investment for about one year now and it wasn't until last year that I began actually touring multiunits in Chicago and in the Chicagoland suburbs.

Especially when you’re dealing direct with a seller, emotions should be taken into consideration, and can actually help you land a deal significantly cheaper than what another investor is proposing who is coldhearted.

thanks for posting and sharing. i guess i am not sure i agree as BRRRR might be the best for new and experienced people. its really the best way to recycle your money as most people are not working with an endless amount of it.
