Maybe i shouldn't have even gone to school, most people at my job dont even have degrees.

I have 140k in student loan debt and am working a sales job because I don't want to join the rat race in engineering (which I got my degree in).

Further, love the ideas of including other data that show reliability/responsibility as Upstart, a loan provider, does this with college degree etc.Looking forward to making the algorithm stronger!

We are entrepreneurs, so we have a certain degree of intangible insight through the hard knocks of starting/running businesses.

I would assume that the value is gated by comps, but I do not know to what degree this affects the final value that a lender comes to.Please let me know your thoughts.

We have thermometers in the apartment and it stays about 40 degrees. 

I know it's a difficult decision, but I just moved toST Augustine from NY 6 months ago with 6 kids.Really happy I did it, especially with 5 degrees and snow in NY.

A couple colleagues of mine have made the trek from different parts of Florida up to NH to work in real estate (though its currently below zero degrees right now, so I have no idea why they would have moved to somewhere this cold). 

I am still pursuing my paralegal degree, with an emphasis in real estate law. 

Right now it's been about 10 degrees for the past two weeks and even with the Holidays and cold weather,  we've seen a steady flow of business no real slow down here in Columbus.
