This old school method is beginning to be an issue with missing receipts and our maintenance staff is frustrated having to drive sometimes up to 1.5 hours just to get to HQ to drop off receipts.

However the dust settles on this matter, use any points of frustration or pain points to improve processes and documents, strengthening your foundation for the next lease and tenant. 

If someone is headed down a path or thinking of heading down a path of frustration, little chance of profit, wasting of precious time and resources, and almost zero chance of success, then it’s an act of kindness to point this out in the strongest possible terms.  

That is below our own expectations so I hate that caused frustration.   

you will just end up disappointed and frustrated.  

So don't rush it.Doing your first deal is the scariest and most frustrating.

This is an extremely frustrating thing especially since we also work so hard to dial in that number at the beginning to get the ball rolling.

The fact that the repairs are not optional is what I find as so frustrating.

Maybe I'm over estimating some costs - budgeting for $6200/year for maintenance and CapEx.Trying to wrap my head around home prices, rent prices, and just all the different deals I could attempt is frustrating me.
