How frequently are you following up on your leads?

We have serious air pollution problems from wildfires, atmospheric inversions, and now the drying Great Salt Lake--which has a salt bed contaminated with lead, arsenic, and numerous other pollutants that get carried into the air by our frequent wind storms. 

I frequently work with Ohio Real Title as an agent and an investor.

Or, side question, anyone who gets frequent bear visits and has a hot tub have a good strategy for keeping the bears from destroying your hot tub cover? 

But probably not that frequently (also perhaps not my great desire to do so).

Even though the watering holes are frequented by college kids on the weekends, the density of restaurants and bars actually works better for busy professionals who want to live in a walkable urban area.

As a developer you're frequently paid LAST in the transaction if you're trying to create alignment with your investors as well and thus dumb tax is very high if you don't know what you're doing. 

So either learn all those laws, and keep up with them as they change frequently, or hire a professional.Regarding the LLC, I'm not aware that Ohio has any requirements for the LLC to be registered in state to own property so it shouldn't matter where the LLC is formed, but I'd advise you to double check with a local property management company and/or attorney to be sure.
