Pretty much like one of my favorite stories they all try and tell you it's not that simple.

That's my favorite part actually, analyzing the deal.

Lots of FB groups as well - Indianapolis Out of State Investors is my favorite.

Aside for “need to cash out now”, what are your favorite or most creative seller objections for lease to own?

(Divide total cost of utilities amongst every tenant in home).2) Also, what is your guys' favorite way for collecting rent efficiently?

Curious to hear what some of the fan favorite technology is for either agent or investor side, both are welcome.  

Last, I could do single family where I turn my current home that I have lived in for two years and look to upgrade to another home (this is the wife’s favorite).
