I just recently moved back from ATL after going fully remote for my day job.I have been trying to soak up as much information as possible through BP forums, webinars, podcasts, and I own a couple of their published books as well.Thank you for the tips, I am excited to step into this world and try to get it going!

Excited to start my real estate journey - 26,remote job pays well, great credit etc. and currently renting in Arlington VA. 

In addition to taking action, continue (or start) listening to the BP Podcast or the BP Rookie podcast to keep the excitement levels up.
