Is there any upcoming meetup or networking event planned for local BP users?

Homesearch event agreement  says the properties (with exception of recent foreclosures) will be transferred under warranty deed.

If you go to Events and Happening forum, you should see it there. 

Best part is that the event is FREE!

The amendment should be a non-event in terms of $$s.  

These are people who keep me posted on the latest events and trends in their areas of real estate investment. 

In any event, most people agree that the inventory of distressed property in LA county is pretty-much depleted.

I started with reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad, and when they came to town I did their free event.

Paul also is dead on that the more you get involved here the more you will get out of it.Besides doing that on here make sure to get out to some of the many local investor events we have.  

Make sure to get copies of tenant's IDs (so you can properly name them in the event of an eviction) and retain copies of work pay stubs (in case you need to collect a money judgment from them if they do not pay).
