If it says inspections to be completed during due diligence then that is exactly what you're attempting to do.

My property manager has reached out to a few but nobody has come back with a quote or any attempt to see the property or gain the business.

you will never get the perfect team set up because you dont know enought about your own business to even attempt such a feat. 

The building has a sign for auction.com but after several attempts I was unable to locate the listing on their website.

I made the mistake on my first attempt at a deal to get it under contract and then worry about the funding.
