Why would a judge combine them all into one package deal ?

They always found something to stop the process...I once had a property I sold and was selling it as is... but that didn't matter to them... my first encounter was the backyard... needed to be cut(grass) all the way to the end of the fences...The second was, THE BULB UNDER THE VENT RANGE WAS OUT and needed to be replaced...

How much it costs is dependent on the package you choose, but personally I always charge an application fee to cover the cost of a full credit and background check.

I haven't heard of that lease option program, but have encountered similar deals locally.

In that case, they may not want your offer either because they have people buying a package (same money, less work) or they know the person well, etc. there could be a bunch of reasons.

You'll begin to slowly find success, and it will give you confidence that you so desperately need due to all of the adversity that you encountered on the way.

They will be able to package the properties and write a line of credit.  

do some brokers include access to mls (and lockbox keys) as part of the package, or is it always up to the individual agent to buy their own access?
