It’s a full rehab(new roof, new drive way, siding is good but a has a few cracks, needs drywall work in one of the rooms(hole in the wall and a crack in the ceiling), full interior needs updated, and some landscaping in the front and back yards.

Once you get started, then the inner drive keeps you going, but you got to pull the trigger and get into the game.

You can tell a lot about the demographics of a neighborhood by the cars people drive.

Fortunately our place is the first house on the left as you turn onto this side street, but that still means they will have to drive at least 200 ft .
