When it comes to a private investor, what do you guys look for?

The other option is to borrow private money or work with a hard money lender and retain equity. 

There are some alternative ways of raising the cash....ie. private money/partnerships/

This will be our 1st flipping venture and I would love to make the right moves from the start.GermaineAnother option you have is to go to a hard money lender or other private investor and flip it yourself.

If you meet a good private lender the terms may be a little less strick.

There are private money lenders out there that will work with you if you have good credit, a good deal, and experience, you just need to find them.

I buy my cars at the auction , and houses from private parties .
