@Patrick Flanagan. a lot of them work nightshift as well since they are covering the shifts no one else wants. and a majority have pets.

I find 1-2 bedrooms with 1.5-2 baths is ideal for them because they frequently travel in pairs - and have pets!

Isn’t the purpose of the pet addendum suppose to protect me as a landlord and also the tenants have renters insurance and liability insurance cover the cost?

Think of all the things that could go wrong and see if the lease addresses them: unauthorized pets or tenants, early termination, security deposit, lease violations, late rent, eviction, lawn maintenance, parking, etc.5.

We also see spending habits such as $ spent at pet stores, rent payments amounts and when they pay it.

I understand smoking, pets, subletting and the like.Also, would restricting cryptocurrency mining or electric scooters/bikes be appropriate?

   " Oh no we have 2 nice dogs "   I tell them , "i guess you didnt read the add where "NO PETS " was on the first line "  .     

I drove the 3 hrs to look and found:Evidence dogs resided at the property when the lease said no pets (I did some research and found pics of tenants with the dogs in the home), dirty and scratched drywall, red screws in the walls in several rooms, unchanged HVAC filters, carpet stain, and filthy appliances.These aren't the only times and I tried to keep it short for your reading.
