In other words, if you have 10 properties under the one "blanket loan", can you sell of one or two of the properties and still maintain the loan with the balance assets in them.

Correct me if I'm wrong but it would seem an LLC would suit my needs the best.That being said, I dont have any real assets to go after and CAs are relatively low risk.

Rich - good point, it is much more advantageous if the debt was used to purchase real assets then say a bottle of Louis XIII at the night club. :) Of course all dollar denominated debt would still be less relative to your earning power.

The higher the value of assets that you can put up as security on the loan, the the lower your credit score can be to qualify for a loan.There is no magic loan dollar value when banks stop caring about the credit of the individuals or corporations they are lending to.
