I just started my first co-hosting business as well.

I appreciate this may depend on where the condo is located.

I use them for everything related to business ventures, past and future.

I certainly don't want to knock how people advertise or get business...but getting a recommendation from someone who has already vetted that lender helps out considerably. 

Things like:- having them name you as an additional insured- having their policy be Primary and Non-contributory- Requiring that their policy provide 30 day notice of cancellation- Having their policy waive subrogationThe Tenant should have General Liability, Professioanal Liability, Workers Compensation, Business Auto, and possibly Accident/medical coverage.

I will probably only be budgeting to use up to $600k to be safe, which I know will be tight depending on what location is selected.

The business is losing money each day without a functional office.

While wholesaling is the business of finding properties to put under "contract" to transfer the contract to buy the property from one set of owners to another in a short period of time.

The downside would be it takes about 3 to 4 business days to receive the rent money.

It's an unnecessary expense to operate the business.
